About us

Kryštof Herrman and Tomáš Kasan know each other and work with each other for more than 15 years. After slower, smaller start they started to cooperate in offering IT services, specifically diving into retial support. For a long time, they managed to work as freelancers, but eventually, the number and space taking of all the projects overcame their capabilities. The decision was to create a specialized and professional Care center - 1stCall, where they can share their experience and know-how with other agents.

Today, 1stCall have already celebrated its 2nd birthday, while still growing very very fast. Experinced and profesional management alongside with talented and active team is still working on new projects and expanding its scope. 1stCall overcame the retail specifications, right now we are supporting smaller and medium companies, higly and mainly focusing on their specific and customized needs in IT. Our strenghts is primarily kind communication with the customer, problem analysis and its quick solution, mainly focused on eliminating the problem, not only by supressing it.
